SHIPPING POLICY
UK standard delivery is charged at £2.99. Orders will be dispatched the same or next working day. Royal Mail delivery may take 1-2 days. We offer free delivery for purchases over the value of £20.00 within the UK only (this offer excludes the Republic of Ireland and International deliveries).

We will deliver your order within one working day and if for any reason we cannot deliver within this time we will contact you immediately and offer a refund if an alternative day cannot be agreed.
RETURNS POLICY
Online purchases can be returned free of charge with Royal Mail within 28 days of receipt. Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition.

To return your order simply email info@greenbeansproject.com including your order number.
Then re-package your order and use the returns label which will be provided once your return is accepted and take to your nearest Post Office. The post office will issue you with a receipt, which should be retained until the refund is processed. Returns can be sent to:

In the unlikely event that goods arrive in a faulty condition. You may email us at info@greenbeansproject.com including the order number and photo and we will provide a refund within 30 days.
SAMPLE POLICY
While we do not offer free samples (we charge £5), we will credit the cost against your first purchase. Each sample bag contains 40g of one of our whole bean coffees which is an ideal amount for at least a 500ml brew.

When we used to offer free samples, the number of people requesting samples far outstripped the number that actually tested the samples. Charging a nominal fee meant that only roasters with serious interest asked for samples.

Sample Credit Conditions: Please quote your sample order number when placing your order. If you order the minimum quantity of one bag within 30 days of the sample shipment, we will credit the entire cost of the sample to that purchase.
